What is measured

Page views and a handful of shop interactions — a product opened, a filter applied, an item added to a cart — are counted on the studio's own server. Each visit carries a random identifier held in your browser so repeat visits can be told apart from new ones. It is not linked to your name, and it is not shared with anyone.

No advertising cookies are set, and no analytics service, pixel or social widget is loaded.

What you give us

If you email the studio or send the contact form, we hold your message and address for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of an order. If you join the studio notes, we hold your address until you unsubscribe — one click, at the bottom of every letter.

Orders are processed by our payment provider. Card details are never seen by, or stored on, this site.

What is stored in your browser

Your cart, your language, your theme choice and whether you asked for sound are kept in your own browser so the site behaves the way you left it. They never leave your device.

Deleting it

Email studio@reemsart.com and ask. Anything held about you is deleted, other than what tax law requires be kept on an invoice, and you will get confirmation when it is done.
